I recently went to a weight room to strengthen my body a little more. I usually only use the bench press for arm strength but recently I decided to go ahead and use the so called " incline press". Its basically like the regular flat bench press only its angled and more steeper.
Let me get this out first: I am NOT a very strong man. I usually only lift about 125 lbs including the iron bar. But when I tried that exact same weight on the "incline" I could hardly lift the stupid thing. Is there a reason for this? I know I can lift 125 lbs on the regular bench press, but w/ the incline I have so much more difficulty.
Can anyone explain this? All answers appreciated.
